About the hire:
All listed prices refer to one afternoon or evening rental period.
We are very flexible, so you can easily arrange pickup and return times that best suit your schedule.
Our goal is to make your experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
When picking up the equipment, the person who placed the order must be present.
If someone else is collecting the gear, please include their name in the order notes.
A passport or driver’s licence will be required for identification at pickup.
If you choose pickup or delivery, a rental agreement and handover form must be signed upon receiving the equipment.
Any damage to the equipment during the rental period must be covered by the renter. Before each handover, timestamped photos are taken as proof of the equipment’s condition.
Pick up/delivery:
Please indicate your preferred pickup or delivery time during checkout, or send us an email referencing your order at least 48 hours before the rental date.
Cancellation and refund:
We understand that things could happen. Order cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the rental day, and in that case, a full refund will be issued.
However, in the event of multiple cancellations, we reserve the right to suspend further service.
Deposit and late return:
We usually don’t require a deposit, only the signed agreement. However, for some specific items (clearly marked on the product page), a refundable deposit may be requested.
Late returns may incur an additional daily rental fee, so please stay in touch and we can find a solution!
Other:
All equipment is tested, cleaned, and maintained before every rental to ensure the best possible quality.
